REFUND POLICY

Since our Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not

provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge

prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that

you've carefully read service description before making a purchase. Our

products are for feminine use and we can't detect if a product has been

inserted, (yoni eggs- menstrual cups) used, (yoni oil) or washed so

therefore, ONLY items that are still boxed and unopen may qualify for a

refund within 3 days of receiving the product.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the nature of our all-natural freshly made products, shipping may take

anywhere from 2-6 business days once your payment has been processed.

Business days do not include weekends nor holidays. Shipping rates in the

United States are determined by the USPS which includes the entire package

(products ordered, box for shipping, fees for handling). A confirmation e-mail

including the tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provide to

us. Please verify that the e-mail address and the mailing address you provide is

accurate upon placing your order. M'DyVae will not be responsible for any lost

packages or any packages sent to the wrong address. In any case that the

shipment is lost or stolen, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact

the USPS and submit a claim.
